An information sheet is made available to all guests, and an excellent local map is available on request. We list the phone numbers of many restaurants, and guests can make local calls at no charge to make reservations or arrange tours. A list of tours is also available at the house.
Guides:
If you have not been to Marrakech before we would recommend that you hire a guide to show you the sites of interest initially. A guide can show you the parts of the souks or Marrakech that you may never find if you venture alone, and can bring alive the history of this wonderful red city.
Guides cost ~£12.50 for a half day, and £22 for a full day. Only qualified guides are used.
Breakfast, dinner and lunch:
Breakfast is included for all rooms. We have an excellent cook who will prepare lunch or dinner. A western style light lunch is offered to guests, together with a menu of traditional Moroccan dishes for dinner. A few hours notice is required for those that wish to eat dinner. A nice vegetarian menu is available.
Laundry:
A laundry service is available at the house at a reasonable rate.
Massage and Beautician:
For those that wish to be pampered we can arrange for a masseur/beautician to attend the riad, and who will give a manicure, pedicure, facial or massage. Please enquire.
Tips:
These are optional, but we would ask that if you are pleased with the service provided, for guests to tip our staff as appropriate.
English Host:
There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to communicate. All guests can deal with an English host if needed, who will advise where and what to do if needed.

Broadband Internet faclilities available.
